We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free. Color may vary slightly between displays. Pieces are produced on demand; quantities are limited and subject to change.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Haitian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
