Shipping & Returns

We make every piece on demand, so each order takes a little extra time to produce — but it also means we never overproduce, and you get a piece made just for you.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 3–5 business days before being handed off to the carrier. Custom or limited edition pieces may take longer; if so, the product page will note it.
Shipping
- United States: 3–7 business days after production. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
- Canada: 7–14 business days after production. Customs duties may apply.
- International: 10–20 business days after production. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by their country.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, please reach out within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change a size, color, or shipping address. After that, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Because pieces are made on demand, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized or personalized items
- Final-sale items
- Items damaged from wear or washing

Damaged Or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. If your package is missing, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us so we can help.
