The first leg of the 2026-27 Concacaf Nations League Quarterfinal between the U.S. Men's National Team and Haiti will now be played at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida, on Saturday, Nov. 14, U.S. Soccer announced on Oct. 22. The match had originally been scheduled to take place at Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica. According to U.S. Soccer, the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) submitted a request to Concacaf to allow its hosted matches to be played in the country of their opponent, citing the ongoing security situation in Haiti. The federation said the arrangement applies to both national team and club competitions. The move follows Concacaf's approval of an exceptional hosting arrangement for the fixture. U.S. Soccer confirmed that the date and kickoff time for the second leg, to be played at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, remain unchanged. The reporting was carried by multiple outlets, including ESPN, USA Today and the New York Times. Haiti, which has repeatedly been forced to stage home matches abroad because of insecurity in the country, will effectively play both legs of the tie away from home. The quarterfinal is part of Haiti's continued participation in Concacaf competition despite the constraints.
