Marie Kémlyne Félix to represent Haiti at Miss World 2026

Marie Kémlyne Félix will represent Haiti at Miss World 2026, according to Le Nouvelliste's Ticket Magazine, which profiled the titleholder in an interview. When her name was announced as the country's representative, the appointment drew immediate reaction on social media, with doubts and criticism, the outlet reported. Many did not believe in her candidacy, Ticket Magazine noted, but the report framed her selection as part of a longer personal journey, suggesting the pageant was not her first challenge. In the interview, Félix presented herself as natural and approachable, described by the magazine as having a clear voice, a gracious smile and a warm, jovial manner. The outlet said it looked for signs of stage fright or bitterness and found none. The profile appeared as Le Nouvelliste marked the day of the Miss World 2026 competition, publishing under its Ticket Mag section. Further details on Félix's background and the full interview were available to registered readers of the site. The article was credited to Le Nouvelliste, 2026.
