Haiti routs Dominican Republic 4-1 in CONCACAF Nations League

Haiti defeated the Dominican Republic 4-1 on Thursday in the third matchday of CONCACAF Nations League Group A, played at the Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo, according to Listín Diario, Diario Libre and other Dominican outlets citing EFE. Louicius Don Deedson opened the scoring in the ninth minute after a pass from Ruben Providence inside the box. The Dominican Republic sits third with six points and travels to Nicaragua on Tuesday seeking to stay in League A. US referee Ekaterina Koroleva officiated the match, attended by more than 20,000 fans. Diario Libre noted Haiti now leads the historical series 10-3.
